Carl is an exterminator, employed by Brogan. He was hired by Gabe and Tycho to investigate their property, and was attacked by a deep crow. Amazingly, Carl was unfazed by the ancient beast, and was able to tame him through application of...

"Ancient magicks".

It is known that theorized that Carl must be an expert on the Deepcrow's unique grip, as he is instantly aware of the bird as soon as he is grabbed, even though his capture was a surprise, and from behind.

Carl is known to be knowledegable in both Deep Crows and Extermination, and also Ancient Magicks.

Carl is also known to enjoy the mounting and therein riding associated with ancient/immortal demons.
